Ordered $8 laksa, diluted gravy. Kolo mee $5 no ingredient. Toast too sweet. Prawn cracker decent. Nasi lemak not fragrant. I won’t recommend.

Nice local breakfast joint. Laksa and Popiah is a popular choice. Order the milk tea with less sugar

Coffee shop that serves a wide variety of local food. From thick toast to popiah to kolo mee and laksa. Laksa seem to be the most offered and it didn't disappoint. Popiah has a nice twist with crispy bits, which is different from Singapore or Peninsula Malaysia.

Very local place for breakfast and maybe lunch. We arrived around 0800 and left a few empty table which was subsequently full after which. I got the Kolo Mee and Sarawak laksa. I enjoyed the Kolo Mee which you can get the white or red one. Recommend to try both if you want to know which you like. I personally like the white one as the red one was a little sweeter with char siew sauce. Sarawak laksa was famous but I think I didn’t really enjoy it but it’s a personal preference thing. I think a hidden gem is the popiah! They had crispy biscuit inside which make every mouth so shiok unlike SG ones which can be too nua. Skip the coffee here haha. Maybe get the three layer tea instead.

Found this place near the hotel I stayed. Been wanting to try popiah but a few of the places I went weren't open so I decided to visit here to try my luck. Was just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Arrived pretty early before 730 and there was already quite a lot of people. I head about the popiah and toast here and decided to give it a try. Luckily the popiah stall was opened. Ordered an original one and the other with the seaweed skin. From another stall ordered the toast and the teh c special. First came the teh c and the toast. Loved the way the tec c is served here, quite an interesting layering and looks sweet but isn't actually sweet. The toast was quite good, almost blew me away. Loved the crispiness and the rich kaya taste. Then came the popiah. Tasted pretty good though the sweet sauce was quite different from what I expected it wasn't sweet. The taste was quite light. On the other hand, the seaweed one tasted better cause I think the main reason was the seaweed had pretty good flavour which enhanced the taste of the popiah. Regretted ordering 2 I didn't expect it to be so filling, it looked quite small from the ones I saw people eating so I decided to get 2. It was a good breakfast experience here and I enjoyed the food and drinks here. Still quite a few other stalls worth venturing but was too full for that. Cheap and good. Recommended.
